Our Story

Since 1985

Founded by rancher and chef John "Buck" Wilson, Cowboy Steakhouse brings the authentic flavors of the American West to your table. What started as a small chuckwagon operation serving hungry cowboys has grown into a premier dining destination.

We source our beef from local ranches that raise cattle the old-fashioned way - with plenty of open range and care. Our wood-fired grill and secret spice rubs create steaks that are legendary in these parts.

Whether you're a city slicker or a seasoned ranch hand, we welcome you to pull up a chair and enjoy true western hospitality.
